Who we're looking for
- You ship. We don't care how many years you've been doing this: show us what you've built. A side project thousands of people use beats a decade of résumé bullets.
- You think in customer problems, not job descriptions.
- You work with the garage door up: transparent, opinionated, collaborative.
- You're pragmatic: keep things simple, ship, iterate.
- You're allergic to bureaucracy and busywork.
- Fluent in English and willing to work hybrid from our Ghent office.
